Alloying being done to obtain some specific property in the metal using
Ferro. Silicon, Copper, Inoculin, Ferro. Manganese, Chrome, Carbon, Tin, etc.
4) Chipping and fettling
Shot blasting Hand tools and machines are used for these processes.
5) Machining
Proof and final machining for ready to use castings.
All general machines are available on the shop floor.
